“International Yoga Day is a reminder of the profound Vedic knowledge gifted to humanity by our ancient sages and revived globally by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji. At Maharishi Ayurveda, we believe that Yoga and Ayurveda are not separate disciplines but complementary sciences that together nurture the body, mind, and consciousness. As custodians of Maharishi Ji’s legacy, our mission is to bring these time-tested principles into modern healthcare and inspire individuals to achieve holistic wellbeing, inner peace, and lasting health. This integrated approach remains central to our vision of creating a disease-free society.”

The collaboration with Wiselife reflects a shared vision of creating awareness around sustainable wellness practices and encouraging individuals to incorporate simple yet meaningful habits into their daily routines.

Participants also experienced a curated Ayurvedic breakfast at Soma – The Ayurvedic Kitchen, designed around principles of the Sattvik diet.

The event reaffirmed the growing relevance of India’s traditional wellness wisdom and the importance of integrating preventive health practices into contemporary living.
