Oct 06: Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, in collaboration with Tiger Analytics, a leading global analytics and AI solutions company, organized a three-day intensive training program on Artificial Intelligence from October 3 to 5. The program aimed to enhance the AI capabilities of students and faculty members and to provide them with practical exposure to emerging AI technologies.
A significant highlight of the program was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between IIM Bodh Gaya and Tiger Analytics. The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration in conducting training programs for students and faculty members, strengthening the institute's engagement with industry and its focus on emerging technologies. Around 100 students and 20 faculty members of IIM Bodh Gaya participated in the training program. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Vinita Singh Sahay, Director, IIM Bodh Gaya, who highlighted the growing importance of AI skills in management education and the need to equip students and faculty with industry-relevant capabilities.
The training was conducted by a team of four experts from Tiger Analytics and coordinated by Dr. Samant Saurabh, Assistant Professor, IT Area, IIM Bodh Gaya. The training provided participants with hands-on learning and practical insights into various aspects of Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
The program marks an important step towards strengthening AI education and industry-academia collaboration at IIM Bodh Gaya, with the partnership expected to provide participants with ongoing opportunities to learn and develop practical competencies in Artificial Intelligence.
