Mohit Kapoor Joins Equirus Group as Associate Director

Mumbai, Feb 18: Equirus, one of India’s leading diversified financial services groups, has appointed Mohit Kapoor as Associate Director in its Investment Banking division. The appointment reinforces the firm’s growing focus in the Industrials space, which continues to witness strong fund raising as well as M&A activity.

Mohit brings over a decade of experience across M&A advisory, private equity transactions and capital markets, with a sharp focus in Industrials. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side mandates, strategic advisory and capital raising transactions. In addition, he has worked as a sell-side equity research analyst covering the Chemicals sector, providing him with a differentiated perspective on sector trends, valuation frameworks and investor positioning.

He holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Bombay. Prior to joining Equirus, Mohit was associated with Lincoln International, Edelweiss (now Nuvama) Investment Banking, HSBC Global Research, i3 Consulting and Grail Research.
