In addition, cultural programmes showcasing the art and music of different states across the country will also be organised, adding to the overall experience of the exhibition.

Promoting Indian Weavers and Traditional Art

The primary objective of the exhibition is to provide a platform for weavers and organisations associated with the handloom sector to showcase their products, expand their reach and gain wider recognition. The initiative also aims to preserve traditional weaving techniques and generate greater awareness about India's rich textile heritage.

Handloom products represent an important part of India's culture, regional identity and craftsmanship passed down through generations. Such exhibitions create valuable opportunities for weavers to connect with markets, promote their products and gain recognition for their skills. At the same time, visitors get an opportunity to appreciate the uniqueness, quality and cultural significance of traditionally handcrafted textiles.
