Oct 26: Highland Mayfields, located in Sector 118 on Airport Road, Mohali, has received APF from the State Bank of India, marking an important milestone for the residential development and its prospective homebuyers.
The approval was marked by a ceremony held at the project site, attended by senior SBI officials, including Mr. Manmeet Chhabra, General Manager, Mr. Kajal Kumar Bhomick, Deputy General Manager and Mr. Neeraj Bhalla, Assistant General Manager. During the event, the SBI team formally presented the project approval certificate to the Highland Mayfields team.
SBI has a very stringent due diligence process before they give APF to any real estate project. On airport road Highland Mayfields is one real estate project they have approved for home loans. The project is under construction at a good pace and is getting ready for delivery in 2027. This development offers prospective buyers an additional financing avenue and that too from the top bank who follow strict guidelines and regulatory mechanism before it approves any real estate project.
